How Do I Know When My Order Will Arrive?

Depending on your location, weather and if your package falls on a holiday, all of Alyanna's packages are always scheduled to deliver within 7 to 14 business days, this includes processing your order up to 3 days, sending it our of our factory up to 2 days then to our selected carriers. If you'd like updates feel free at the bottom of this page to TRACK YOUR ORDERS and put in your Order Number ID given to you after processing your order!

Can I Cancel My Order If So, How & How Long?

Yes, you can cancel all orders you place within 48 hours of purchase. In order to process your cancellation please contact us through email. You will find our Contact Us form and Contact Information page at the bottom of this page!

At Alyanna we understand that you may have emailed us right around the 48 hour mark, due to the fact that we get back to all our girls within 24 hours. It is our guarantee that as long as you've emailed within 48 hours you will receive your cancellation with a full refund.

How Do I Return An Item For a Refund?

In order to process your refund please feel to reach out to our team by emailing us. You can find our contact at the bottom of this page, it will say Contact information or you can look and see the Contact Us form!

Can I Exchange Items If So, How?

In order to process any exchanges the person who has ordered must have an account created with us. If you have ordered with us previously but do not have an account and would like an exchange, you can still receive one if you create an account. Exchanges are only available for our loyal girls!

We don't ship internationally at this moment and due to regulations will not make any exceptions.

Something I Purchased Is Now On Sale... Can I Receive A Price Adjustment?

Sadly no, at this moment we cannot guarantee you that after you purchase something you will get a price adjustment if that same item were to just go on sale. In order to know when sales will be beginning and ending feel free to create an account with us! That way you'll know every deal.

Policy

We take pride of our items, so anything returned should be new, unused and with all our security garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If you’re returning something faulty, damaged or soiled please contact us prior to sending any return. You will find it at the bottom of this page.

Please note, we do not take any responsibility for delivery to shipping companies or freight forwarders, this will be atΒ yourΒ ownΒ risk.

Insurance

Oh' Alyanna insures each purchase during the time it’s in transit until it’s delivered to you. For many deliveries we require a signature, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you aren't asked for a signature after our delivery carrier leaves from our facility you are still responsible for all things that will happen to your package.

Not the receiver of the purchase? If you got your items as a gift or something similar, then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Our Promise To You

At Oh' Alyanna, we get it... Sometimes you don't absolutely LOVE your dress. So it is our guarantee within the 14 day return window if you do not love your dress, you can return it with a full refund or account credit back to you. This excludes worn, damaged, washed, stained items.

We’d hate for you to not receive your order. Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we’re unable to redirect orders once they’re on their way to you.

Your security is important to us, so before we can dispatch your purchase we may need you to confirm your details with your card issuer. Delays aren’t fun for anyone so we’ll do our best to make it quick.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. This includes a 24 period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods, when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

Can I Fold My Dresses?

Please do not fold your dresses, if you do fold your dresses, you can Iron or steam your dress. After hang to dry and you'll have zero wrinkles!

How Do I Care For My Clothing Pieces?

We highly recommend that you take all dresses to the dry cleaners. But, we understand that not everyone can go to the dry cleaners so our second recommendation to you is to machine wash cold on low and tumble dry on low.

When Should I Order A Piece from Oh' Alyanna?

At Oh' Alyanna we value in taking care of every single one of our customers. Since processing and shipping takes 7 to 14 days to reach you we recommend that if you are planning an event to order it ahead of time. We evaluate every one of the pieces we send out to our customers for highest satisfaction.
